SnagFlow Privacy Policy

1. Overview

SnagFlow is a local-first construction snagging app. Your project and snag data is stored on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

2. Data We Process

• Project, snag, notes, and status data you create in the app.
• Photos you attach to snags.
• App settings (for example company name, inspector name, logo, and report defaults).
• Purchase entitlement status for Pro features.

3. How Data Is Used

Data is used only to provide app features such as project tracking, report creation, and export. We do not sell your data.

4. Permissions

• Camera: to capture snag photos.
• Photo Library: to import/export images.
• Files: to import logos/photos and export reports.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only when you explicitly export or share files (PDF, CSV, images).

6. In-App Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your card or billing details.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it in-app or remove the app.
