IFC Quantity Takeoff is designed for local IFC quantity review, model QA and early estimating support. Privacy is simple: your model files stay on your device.
Overview
IFC Quantity Takeoff processes IFC files locally on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. No model files are uploaded to our servers. The app does not require an account and does not rely on cloud services to extract quantities.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal data through the app.
- No account information is collected.
- No model files are uploaded or transmitted by the app.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included.
- No payment information is collected by the app.
How IFC Files Are Processed
Imported IFC files are read and processed locally on the device for object counts, material summaries, quantity extraction, data-quality review, and export.
Exported CSV, JSON, and summary report files are created only when the user chooses to export them and are saved to a location selected by the user.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose app data to third parties because the app does not collect user data or upload IFC files.
Data Retention
The app does not maintain a remote database of user files or personal information. Recent file references may be stored locally on your device to help reopen files you previously imported, subject to the permissions granted by the operating system.
Children’s Privacy
IFC Quantity Takeoff is a professional productivity tool and is not directed to children.
