IFC QA Reporter Privacy Policy
IFC QA Reporter is designed for local IFC model health reporting. The app does not require an account and does not upload IFC files to developer-operated servers.
Summary
IFC QA Reporter processes user-selected IFC files locally on the device to generate model health findings and CSV reports. The app does not include developer-operated cloud processing, advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, API keys or account login.
The app does not certify compliance, approve a model or replace professional BIM review.

Data Not Collected by the Developer
IFC QA Reporter does not send IFC files, extracted model data, CSV reports or Apple AI prompts to developer-operated servers.

- No tracking is performed by the app.
- No API keys are used for cloud AI services.
- No OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar cloud AI API is used.
Apple Intelligence and Fallback Behaviour
On supported devices and operating system versions, IFC QA Reporter can use Apple Intelligence / Foundation Models to assist with report wording. This assistance is based on extracted QA metrics and structured issue rows.
If Apple Intelligence is unavailable, disabled or unsupported, the app remains fully usable and generates deterministic fallback wording from the same local QA findings.
File Sharing and Exports
When the user exports a CSV report, the system share or save sheet is opened. Any sharing destination selected by the user, such as Save to Files, Mail, AirDrop, Messages or another app, is controlled by the user and the operating system.
Children’s Privacy
IFC QA Reporter is a professional construction and BIM utility. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Policy
This policy may be updated when app features change. The latest version should be published at the app’s Privacy Policy URL.
